The Building is equipped with recorded security cameras in all public spaces of the building

We have a 'Ring' doorbell camera located outside the apartment door.
Blocking the camera will cause us to do a visual inspection of the apartment.

Please maintain cleanliness in the apartment.

🚭 STRICTLY NO SMOKING - Smoking, including the use of Vapes/E-Cigarettes, chewing tobacco, Marijuana, Weed, pot, Ganja, grass, Reefer, Mary Jane, Hash, etc., is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoke sensors are installed and will alert us to any smoke. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine and potential additional costs incurred due to the cancellation of subsequent reservations for odor elimination. Smoking is permitted only outside the building. Please dispose of cigarette butts in designated ashtrays

☆ Unauthorized pets are not allowed. If unauthorized pets are detected on the property via our external cameras, A pet fee of $100/day for the duration of the reservation will be added to the reservation. Failure to pay within 2 hours will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, without exceptions.

☆ Parties are strictly prohibited. Guests exceeding the stated reservation count will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.

☆ We do not accept mail/package deliveries during or after your reservation. We cannot be held responsible for missing packages or mail items.

☆ A government ID must be uploaded upon booking.

☆ We are not liable for any items left behind. If you require us to mail any leftover items to you, a $50 fee plus shipping costs will be charged.
