House Rules
Please keep the apt clean.
Dishes must be washed before checkout
Bathroom must be kept clean
-NO PARTIES.
NO SMOKING - This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes or chewing of tobacco. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
Unauthorized guest not on reservation $20/each
No pets (a violation of this rule will incur a fee of $200 per day per pet!)
We have a STRICT NO Smoking, NO Parties, No Pets, NO Unauthorized guest policy. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no REFUNDS, and you will be asked to vacate the property.
KEYS: If the key is not returned and/or damaged, the cost is $25 to replace.
Please be advised that we DO NOT allow mail/package deliveries. We cannot be held responsible if a package is missing.
